Every product we make is custom and made just for you. Did you know that many of the moms working on orders also homeschool their children each day? Our schedule is *not* like that of a 9-5 business. For this reason, and based on our order volume, we have a very detailed turnaround time schedule below.
Hand Drawn Classic Black Silhouettes - we take all of the orders and divide them up into weeks. Keep in mind depending on when you send your photos will determine where you are on the schedule. You can expect to see your proofs about a week after you send. your photos.
Sketches, Pastel & Remembrance Portraits - 3-4 weeks after we have your photos
After we illustrate the silhouette(s), we will email you the proof for your approval. Once approved your order will then be printed, thoughtfully packaged, and shipped within 7-10 business days (if solely paper prints. Other products please refer to the below turnaround times.)
Locket or Coin Jewelry with new silhouettes - take note of the above drawing turnaround and then about a 2-3 week production time to make the locket after proof approval and about a 2-3 week production time to make the Coin Jewelry.
Locket or Coin Jewelry with already drawn silhouettes - 3-4 weeks
Remembrance Jewelry - 3-4 weeks
Additional Silhouette Prints - 10-14 business days (if ordered with other products, they will not ship until everything is ready)
Framed Portraits - 3-4 weeks (frames are made to order)
Photo Lockets & Keychains - 3 weeks after photo proof is approved
Earrings and other non-custom jewelry - 2-3 weeks after ordering as they are made to order
Engraved Wood Ornaments - If needing silhouettes drawn, take note of the above turnaround. Once the drawing is made and approved it will take 3-4 weeks for the ornaments to be finished. During the holiday season (October-December) turnaround times may be longer.
These turnaround times start after we receive your order AND photos (if your order needs them). We cannot start on your order until we have ALL photos for it.
